What is BCAA PLUS?

BCAA's (Branched Chain Amino Acids) consist of the three essential amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. These BCAA's are classed as three of the nine essential amino acids that make up approximately 35% of muscle protein. These amino acids cannot be produced in the body, and therefore must be supplied through the diet.

What are the Benefits of BCAA PLUS?

BCAAs are not like other amino acids as they are not metabolised in the stomach, and are instead metabolised directly in the muscle. BCAA PLUS also contains 27mg of vitamin B6 which contribute to immune system functioning, protein and glycogen metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
