We all know that morning motivation can be hard, so this delicious choice is ideal for anyone with an active lifestyle looking to boost their diet with all-important everyday nutrients.

Add 150-200ml of cold milk or water (the less milk/water the thicker the porridge will be) . Empty the porridge sachet into a microwavable bowl and add the liquid. Microwave on full power for 1 min, stir thoroughly and then heat again for another 30 - 60 seconds until the porridge has become the preferred thickness.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside an active lifestyle and a balanced diet. Suitable for vegetarians
